1. Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange a product, please review the following conditions:
1.1 Timeframe for Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
1.2 Free First Exchange
Each customer is entitled to one free exchange, either for a different size or a different product design.
1.3 Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange:
Choose the product you want in exchange (same code for size change, or different code for another item).
Contact us to confirm product availability and initiate the process.
Ship the item back to us via ELTA Courier.
Upon receiving the returned product, we perform a quality check.
We will ship the replacement product to you once the return is approved.
1.4 Product Condition Requirements
The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
1.5 Value of Exchange
The value of the new item(s) must be equal to or higher than the item you are returning.
If the new item has a higher price, you are responsible for paying the difference plus the exchange handling fee, via:

1.6 Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. Faulty or Defective Products
We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal or higher value. If there is a price difference, it is covered by the customer.
3. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. You may only exchange eligible items according to the terms above.
4. Sale Items & International Orders
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
International orders (outside of Greece) are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

5.1 Greece
Shipping cost: €5
Cash on delivery (COD): Additional €2
Free shipping for orders over €50 (after discounts)
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
5.2 Cyprus
Shipping cost: €9
COD is not available
Free shipping for orders over €100 (after discounts)
Delivery time: 5–10 business days
5.3 International (Rest of the World)
Shipping cost: €29
COD is not available
Returns and exchanges are not accepted
Delivery time: 7–15 business days
